General Policy
At AnimeIdeas, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Original Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
Return Process

- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
- Ship Item: Package the item securely and include the RMA number inside the package. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned with missing parts, not in original condition, or damaged.
- Refund Notification: You will receive a notification email once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a different product, please follow the return process to send back the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Late or Missing Refunds
